Guided Runs

Discover the Joy of Trail Running with She Runs Outdoors

Whether you’ve never trail run before or have experience, we would love to have you join us on one of our adventures.

As an experienced trail runner and qualified run leader and coach, I plan and guide the routes from different locations at a variety of distances. I check all the routes myself, and I'm on hand at every run to offer support. I am also qualified in Outdoor First Aid.

Our guided runs for women offer more than just a chance to hit the trails – they're an invitation to connect, explore, and embrace the beauty of nature. Our community is built on support, encouragement, and a shared passion for outdoor adventure.

Whether you're a seasoned trail runner or just dipping your toes into running off-road, we're here to support you every step of the way.

A Social and Supportive Atmosphere

At She Runs Outdoors, our guided trail runs are about more than just logging miles. They're an opportunity to forge friendships, swap stories, and enjoy the  scenery around us. Expect plenty of stops along the way – for photos, to regroup, and simply to soak in the awe-inspiring views. Our runs are relaxed, non-competitive, and focused on enjoying the journey rather than racing to the finish line.

Pace Guide

To ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience, it's important to be mindful pace and your capability of running the distance, in reality the pace will change depending on the route terrain, distance and elevation. While we welcome participants of varied abilities, we recommend being comfortable maintaining a pace of approximately 10-11:30 minutes per mile (6:15-7 minutes per km) on flat roads continuously. While hiking uphill is perfectly acceptable, we do ask that participants are capable of running on the flats and downhill sections to help maintain group flow.

If you have any questions or concerns about your ability to join a run, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure that every participant has a positive and fulfilling experience.

No Racing, No Pressure – Just Pure Enjoyment

At She Runs Outdoors, it's not about how fast you finish or how far you can run – it's about the joy of being out in nature, surrounded by like-minded women who share your passion for adventure. So lace up your shoes, hit the trails, and discover the incredible world of trail running with us. We can't wait to see you out there!

Trail Etiquette and Safety

Trail running presents its own set of challenges, from uneven terrain to unpredictable weather. It's essential to come prepared with proper footwear, hydration, and clothing suitable for the conditions. Additionally, always stay aware of your surroundings, respect other trail users when necessary, and leave no trace behind. Our experienced run leaders are here to offer guidance and support every step of the way.
