She Runs Outdoors offers women only guided trail runs beautiful surroundings.
Whether you’ve never trail run before, or have experience, we would love to have you join us on one of our adventures.
As an experienced trail runner and run leader and coach, I plan and guide the routes from different locations at a variety of distances. I check all the routes myself and I'm on hand at every run to offer support. I am also a qualified Wilderness First Aider.
She Runs Outdoors runs are social and supportive - we are there to enjoy the views, chat, and share tips and generally have a good time. There will be plenty of breaks and fun along the way.
