By ordering products from the She Runs Outdoors website you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use. A placement of an order online shows your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available and your credit card is authorised for the transaction. Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.


The contract between us (She Runs Outdoors) and you (the customer) becomes binding when we send you an invoice (with your goods). You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods. We will contact you if there are any problems.


We try to ensure the pictures of the goods on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves.


If a customer has received a damaged or faulty product, we will offer a replacement free of charge.


How to let us know:
Please email us at rach@sherunsoutdoors.com along with your order number and any supporting photos.


Our support team will then work out the best way to resolve the situation for you and arrange a replacement. Where a replacement is offered, a new order number will be supplied.


When is a replacement not offered:


Lost orders caused by an incorrect address provided by you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We think you will love what you’ve ordered, but we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts.

 

To make a return for a refund or exchange, you’ll need to follow the instructions set out below.

 

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 14 day period.

 

To do so, simply email rach@sherunsoutdoors.com We will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is earlier. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

 

To make an online return, you need to select a reason from the list below:

 

Return Codes:

A - You sent me the wrong item/size/colour

B - What you sent me was faulty

C - The item doesn't look like the picture I saw online

D - It doesn’t fit right

E -I'm disappointed with the quality

F - My order didn't arrive in time

G - It's too big

H - It's too small

I - I've changed my mind

J - Exchange

K - Unwanted gift

L - Other

 

Write the corresponding letter against the relevant item on the delivery note that came with your order. Then within 14 days after the date on which you told us that you wished to cancel your purchase (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods) send the goods you wish to return along with the delivery note to:

You will need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
