We start our run at The Mens Nature reserve meandering through the ancient and unspoiled woodland. Eventually reaching the old derelict Bedham Chapel. We continue from here over farmland, with far reaching views of the South Downs. Picking up the Serpent Trail to Flexham Park, before returning, back to the woods and meadows of the nature reserve.
