1 to 1 Coaching Consultations and Mentoring for Trail Runners Are you a trail runner looking for trusted guidance? Whether you’re preparing for your next ultra, tackling technical terrain, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident on the trails, a one-to-one consultation with experienced coach Rachel Murphy gives you the opportunity to get advice that fits your unique journey. Not everyone wants full-time coaching, but sometimes you just need a second opinion or insight and advice to help you move forward. These sessions are for trail runners who want one off or occasional guidance on topics like training structure, race strategy, mindset, kit choices, or balancing running with life, I’m here to support you, the call will be personalised to your unique goals and experience level. Whether you need a just one session or ongoing mentorship, these calls are designed to give you clarity, confidence, and direction in your trail running. It doesn’t matter if you are preparing for your first trail race or already tackling ultras. You’ll have space to ask questions, refine your approach, and talk through your goals and challenges with an experienced coach who understands trail running and can offer a fresh set of eyes and ears to help you figure it all out. We’ll focus on what matters most to you; whether it’s race preparation, technical skills, building confidence, or addressing safety concerns, so you can enjoy trail running and work towards your goals. Physical Preparation Female-Specific Concerns – Addressing challenges or concerns for women * This consultation does not include a written training plan. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment, please give me 48 hours' notice. Bookings are non-refundable but we can try to find a suitable date to transfer your session. No shows or cancellations less than 48 hours are non-refundable and can not be transferred.
