Join me for a free 30-minute video call to discuss your running goals and coaching needs. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share your objectives, and see if we're a good fit to help you achieve your running aspirations.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment, please try to give me 48 hours' notice whenever possible. This helps me plan my week effectively and avoid unnecessary rushes home to my desk. Of course, I also recognise that emergencies and unexpected delays can occur with less notice, and I will always do my best to accommodate these situations.
