About The Event
Please read ALL the information below:
Marathon distance guided trail run along the Serpent Trail.
Join us for our marathon distance without the pressure of a race. A fun day out on the trails while also giving yourself a great challenge to aim for.
This stunning looped route along heath and woodland trails, starting and finishing at one of our most popular locations, Black Down on the West Sussex/Surrey border. As well as the Serpent trail, we will run on the Midhurst Way and other trails to give us a marathon distance in a nice loop. This isn't about getting around in the quickest time. It's a day out. We will stop to take photos, admire the views and have fun along the way.
Cost £30 per person
You should have run around 18 miles recently or aim to train.
This run is self supported. You must carry your own fuel and hydration, although there is a lovely pub at 15 miles that we can call into.
Mile 13 of the of the route is close to Liss Station and mile 18 of the route is close to Liphook Station, where you can return to Haslemere, should you want that option.
Please note our start/finish is two miles from Haslemere station.
Postcodes cover a large area so please use either link below:
We are here to have fun and make friends not race. We will aim to run together, regroup when needed and encourage each other along the way. You should be able to run 6:15/7:00 min/km 10:00/11:00m/mi and be fit enough to run.
The following items are COMPULSORY:

Please let me know if you need help with any of the above.
