Please read ALL the information below:

This payment is for your deposit only, balances will be due 8 weeks before your stay.

Surrounded by the rolling hills or Dorset, this wonderful long weekend will be based in the beautiful village of Whitchurch Canonicorum.

Our home for the weekend will be Bonhays, which we think is located in one of most stunning parts of England, with trails galore right on the doorstep and the World Heritage Coastline less than three miles away, the landscape here is delightful.

Bonhays offers a perfect environment for running our trail and yoga escape; a peaceful setting, delicious food prepared by Bonhays chef and a heated indoor pool and yoga space to relax in.

The three runs over the weekend will be social paced. We are there to have fun and make friends, not race. The runs are chilled and not competitive – so please expect to hike some of the steep bits, stops for taking photos and to re-group while we admire the views.

Running in Dorset can be challenging but rewarding. You must have a good level of fitness and used to running trails. She Runs Outdoors experienced team will support you along the routes and can provide first aid support if needed.

This long weekend will give you the opportunity to escape your busy lives with like-minded women in a truly magnificent area. Join us for a weekend to remember.

We have both single and shared rooms available:

Single £525pp (Deposit £175)

Twin £480pp (Deposit £160)

About the Yoga

Our yoga teacher Esther Benwell has been teaching since 2010 and her work is her passion. From our very first meeting with Esther, we knew she was the perfect person to compliment the She Runs outdoors ethos. Esther is one of those people with a special energy and will guide you through your yoga practice, while staying with us in Dorset.

Esther is trained in Hatha, Restorative, Yin yoga and meditation as well as Vinyasa flow, Tapasya hot yoga.

About the food

One of the reasons we love Bonhays so much is down to their talented chef Evie. As much as possible she sources organic ingredients locally if she has not grown them herself and then with her imaginative palette, she produces lovely looking, healthy and very tasty food.

All the food is vegetarian and generally aimed at supporting our running, please feel free to bring your wine etc to accompany your meals. Bonhays do everything they can to support different dietary requirements down to Evie making specific meals for some of our guests so please let us know if you have any needs.

Accommodation

Bonhays offers you a sanctuary of welcome, peace and simplicity: a beautiful, secluded Meditation and Retreat Center, nestled in the hills of West Dorset, between Bridport and Lyme Regis and just two miles from the sea.

Set around a central courtyard, with the soft curves of the eco straw buildings and the hills beyond, there is quiet and stillness here. The centre provides great communal spaces as well as many peaceful and secluded spots for quiet and reflection.

She Runs Outdoors will have exclusive use of the building and facilities for the whole weekend

All bedding, a hand towel and bath sheet per person is provided and there is plenty of parking.
