She Runs Outdoors runs are social and supportive - we are there to enjoy the views, chat, share tips and have a good time. Please expect stops for taking photos, to re-group and to admire the views while having lots of fun.
Our runs are chilled and not competitive, we support each other along the way, meet new people and enjoy the views, we are not racing.
We warmly welcome all participants to join our event and embrace the experience without unnecessary worry. It's important to note that the pace may vary due to the terrain and conditions encountered during the run.
To ensure everyone's enjoyment and to maintain a cohesive group dynamic, we recommend that participants are comfortable maintaining a pace of approximately 10-11:30 minutes per mile / 6:15-7 minutes per kilometre on flat roads consistently. While hiking the hills is perfectly acceptable,…
