This run will only be open to 1 run leader and 5 runners a waiting list will be available.

Although we will be running in the light we may well lose light at the end of our run therefore a head torch is compulsory.
A beautiful evening run through the Hurtwood Forest which finishes running along the Greensand Way, from Holmbury Hill to Pitch Hill, where weather permitting we will get beautiful sunset views towards the South Downs.
We are here to have fun and make friends not race. We will aim to run together, regroup when needed and encourage each other along the way. You should be able to run 6:15/7:00 min/km 10:00/11:00m/mi and be fit enough to run.
We will start runningat 7:15pm please arrive 5 minutes early to check in and warm up
