This stunning route starts with a steep climb up Wiston Bostal before a fun technical run down the Lions Bank. We then climb back up to the South Downs Way. Taking in the magnificent views down to the sea on one side and across to the North Downs on the other. We will run along the South Downs Way to Chanctonbury Ring a prehistoric hill fort on Chanctonbury Hill. Weather permitting we will get a view of its Parent peak Leith Hill. We then make our way past the ancient dew pond and descend back down the hill through the woodlands and return to the car park.
