Come for a girls night out and we hit the trails of the South Downs. We are here to have fun & make friends not race. We will aim to run together and regroup when needed you should be able to run 6:15/7:00 min/km 10:00/11:00m/mi and be fit enough to run.

Hopefully the weather will be kind and we will be treated to a wonderful sunset, this part of the South Downs really is a special place to watch the sun go down. We start our run heading West to Kithurst Hill and Chantry Hill before turning East in the direction of the setting sun, our run takes us across farmland, with views down towards the sea and Arundel Castle. We will be treated to far reaching views of the South Downs, across the Weald and towards the North Downs.
