Black Down 10km Women's Night Trail Run
Come and explore the stunning heathland and surrounding woodland at Black Down, the highest point in the South Downs National Park by head torch. If you have never done a trail run at night, I highly recommend giving it a go. Running at night in a group is great fun and feels reassuringly safer.

With an abundance of wildlife and one of the best places for dark skies accross the South Downs National Park. We pick up The Serpent Trail for a while then break off across farmland and woodland trails; before climbing back up and re-joining The Serpent Trail.
We are here to have fun and make friends not race. We will aim to run together, regroup when needed and encourage each other along the way. You should be able to run 6:15/7:00 min/km 10:00/11:00m/mi and be fit enough to run.
