We will lose light towards the end of this run and run back through the woods. you must bring a head torch with you.

The run Takes us through the heathland of Black Down the Highest point in the South Downs National Park. With an abundance of wildlife and far-reaching views of Sussex and Surrey. We pick up The Serpent Trail for a while then break off across farmland and woodland trails; before climbing back up and re-joining The Serpent Trail to admire the views at the Temple of the Winds. We then snake our way back with more dramatic views as we do. This really is a spectacular run!

We are here to have fun and make friends not race. We will aim to run together, regroup when needed and encourage each other along the way. You should be able to run 6:15/7:00 min/km 10:00/11:00m/mi and be fit enough to run.
