Preparing to run with She Runs Outdoors
She Runs Outdoors routes are planned and checked carefully. Please make sure you wear good trail shoes, have enough fuel and hydration for the run, carry a waterproof at all times and sun protection in warm weather. *I have Salomon trail shoes and Salomon hydration vest for you to demo and SILVA head torches on night runs. These are available on a first come first serve basis. Drop me a message if you would like me to save your size.
*Please note I will not be offering demo shoes, packs or head torches out during the current COVID-19 situation. Runners must wear trail shoes with adequate grip carry their own hydration and have head torches on evening runs as we sometimes lose light towards the end.
