Peak District trail running

15-18 June 2023
LOCATION: EDALE, PEAK DISTRICT

We are delighted to announce our Peak District 2023 Trail & Yoga Escape

Surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Peak District National Park, this fabulous long weekend will be based in the pretty village of Edale. Edale is known to many as the start of one of Britain’s most famous long distance trails, the Pennine Way, which is right next to our home for the weekend.

Deep in the valley, with Kinder Scout high to the north and the Great Ridge of Mam Tor to the south, our accommodation at Belmont House and Mam Tor Loft provides the perfect base for our Trail Escape. Belmont House is a fine Edwardian country house in the heart of the village and Mam Tor Loft is a beautifully converted loft apartment right next door. Located approximately five minutes’ walk from the train station and with plenty of off-street parking, it holds 5 star "Excellent" grades from both Trip Advisor and Owners Direct.

The three runs over the weekend will be social paced. We are there to have fun and make friends, not race. The runs are chilled and not competitive – so please expect stops for taking photos, to re-group and to admire the views.

Running in the Peak District can be challenging but rewarding. You must have a good level of fitness and used to running trails. She Runs Outdoors experienced team will support you along the routes and can provide first aid support if needed.

This long weekend will give you the opportunity to escape your busy lives with like-minded women in a truly stunning area. Join us for a weekend to remember.
